About you
As a Delivery Lead at Harrier, you will play a key role in crafting a comprehensive delivery methodology across all our projects and services. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective resource management, project commitments, and timely delivery of projects, aligning our actions with our promises.
What will you be doing?
- Develop and implement a standardized delivery methodology for all projects within Harrier, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistent delivery across services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and dependencies to ensure successful project execution and on-time delivery.
- Lead resource allocation and capacity planning, ensuring optimal utilization of available talent and skills.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates on project progress, risks, and issues to the leadership team.
- Proactively identify potential bottlenecks, risks, and challenges in project delivery, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing among project team members.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lessons learned from past projects to enhance delivery processes and outcomes.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience (X years) in a project management or delivery leadership role within the software development industry.

- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing delivery methodologies, ensuring consistency and quality in project execution.
